If you have been looking for, or considering a classic muscle car that you can actually drive, show, cruise around, and go on an extended road trip in, and even drive on a daily basisThis Chevelle is just about as good as it gets! It's a 1971, dressed as a 1970.
and it looks, starts, runs and drives absolutely fantastic! This Chevelle was painted Daytona yellow some years ago, in a base/clear, and it shows beautifully with it's classy silver SS striping, power bulge hood, SS trim, and beautiful chrome, and perfect stance.
That's just the beginning, because, this Chevelle is set up perfectly with perfectly running 502 Big Block with all of the right equipment, such as Fuel injection, electronic ignition, aluminum intake manifold, and headers! Additionally, under the hood you'll notice, power steering, Power Hydro Boost brakes, And air conditioning, all placed cleanly and strategically under the hood, so when you open the hood, everything looks tight! Inside you'll find SS ques as well, with all new black bucket seating, floor shift console, head liner, carpeting, nice dash pad, and centrally mounted A/C and heat ducts and controls.
The Chevelle is also wonderfully equipped with a full compliment of Dakota Digital gauges, nicely placed, and present themselves in classic analog style, with crisp cobalt blue back-lighting.
The rebuilt Turbo 400 shifts nice and firm, but not jarring, and the built 12 Bolt posi rear end works excellently.
The Trunk compartment is clean, and the under carriage is clean, dry, and there is no rust in around or under the Chevelle.
What makes this Chevelle great, is the fact that it's so fun to drive! Acceleration, braking, steering, all excellent, electronic exhaust cut-outs for a little additional engine volume, and a nice stereo for those long road trips when your not listening to the engine's music! Perfect stance, nice wheels and tires, Strong engine and drive train, clean interior with nice upgrades, and high impact Daytona yellow paint with SS appointments.
I really don't know what someone would do to make this Chevelle any better.
It's really the best of all worlds.
You want to take it to a car show? Great! You want to take it to a Cruise-in? Cool! Both events are just fine for the Chevelle, but more importantly, if you want to actually drive this Chevelle, and I mean take it on a road trip, a road rally, and/or drive it daily, You will struggle to find a better, nicer, more reliable Classic Car.
