This particular car has been sympathetically restored as needed, and wears a nice looking classic British Green repaint with a beautiful black interior.
Everything works on the TD; the gauges, the lights, horn, windshield wipers, the E-brake, etc.
The machined-turned dash that houses the gauges looks amazing, and just adds that classic vintage element to the MG.
The black convertible top is in great condition as well, and is easily put up and down.
The side curtains are excellent, and match the top exactly.
Pull the manual choke, hit the accelerator once or twice, turn the key, and pull the ignition knob and the 1250cc 4 cylinder pops to life.
Let it warm up a little, and you're ready to go! This MG, drives down the road, very nicely, and is really a fun little car to drive.
The original Jaeger gauges look clean and clear.
The windshield glass in in very nice condition.
The storage compartment for the side curtains in the back is nicely upholstered as well.
If you like these little cars, and have considered ownership of one, this 1951 would make a nice addition to anyone's garage, and It doesn't take up much room! Neat little car!.
